Quality Inspector I – 3rd Shift 11:25 PM – 7:40 AM

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Inspector I to join our 3rd shift team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet specified standards of quality and performance before reaching our customers. As a Quality Inspector I, you will play a critical role in maintaining the high standards of our products through careful inspection and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards.
  • Use precision measuring instruments and testing equipment to examine materials and products.
  • Document inspection results by completing reports and logs, summarizing re-work and waste, and inputting data into the quality database.
  • Assist in the identification and correction of potential quality issues through collaboration with production teams and management.
  • Maintain measuring tools and equipment to ensure accuracy.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback and suggestions to improve quality processes.
  • Follow established safety protocols and promote a culture of safety within the workplace.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of quality control principles and quality assurance.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
  • Proficient in using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
