Security Officer Healthcare Rover - Overnights

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare setting.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation support and timely communication with clinical staff and/or local responders as needed.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points and public areas, assist with visitor way finding, and help manage access according to location procedures while maintaining a professional presence.;
Complete detailed reports on incidents, observations, and patrol activity, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
