Overview

Our team is looking for a Bookkeeper who loves numbers, values accuracy, and enjoys supporting a growing organization. Onsite position in Tulsa, OK.

Responsibilities
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Prepare monthly financial reports
  • Support year-end closing by working with the CPA
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of related experience
  • Proficiency with accounting software (Quick Books, Sage, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Knowledge of Excel required
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
