The successful candidate will have a solid background in accounting and will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Manage project cost accounting and ensure precise job costing.
- Monitor and report on the financial performance of projects.
- Handle invoices and payments.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure adherence to financial regulations.
- Work closely with project managers to track expenses and manage budgets.
- Assist in preparing financial reports for stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of accounting experience in the construction industry.
- Must have exposure to job costing.
