Billing Specialist

Join a dynamic team where you will play a key role in managing billing for projects and supporting a variety of accounting functions. This is an onsite role in Tulsa, OK that will have opportunities to work hybrid after 6-12 months.(Direct Hire / Permanent role)

• Set up and maintain project records
• Ensure contract terms are accurate and communicate contract changes with internal teams
• Process invoices and coordinate with accounts payable
• Prepare client invoices and resolve billing discrepancies
• Track and follow up on overdue accounts
• Post payments (cash applications)

• 4+ years of recent and related experience
• Industry experience that includes Engineering, or Architecture
• Background in billing for projects preferred (Progress Billing, AIA, Milestone, Time & Materials, or Percentage-of-Completion)
• Degree in accounting, finance or business preferred, but not required
• Strong Excel skills a must
