We are partnering with a growing company in the Tulsa area to identify a detail-oriented payroll specialist who thrives in a fast-paced office and enjoys multi-tasking. This is a permanent (direct hire) job that is full time and onsite.

Responsibilities
  • Process bi-weekly, multi-state payroll for over 200 employees
  • Create custom payroll reports
  • Prepare and post journal entries
  • Assist with garnishments
  • Reconcile bank accounts and post payments
  • Assist with benefits and reconcile related invoices
  • Help employees with questions related to payroll and 401K
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of recent experience processing multi-state payroll for over 150 employees
  • Must have experience using ADP and Microsoft Excel
  • Background in accounting that includes reconciliations and journal entries strongly preferred
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO and more
