We are partnering with a growing company in the Tulsa area to identify a detail-oriented payroll specialist who thrives in a fast-paced office and enjoys multi-tasking. This is a permanent (direct hire) job that is full time and onsite.
Responsibilities- Process bi-weekly, multi-state payroll for over 200 employees
- Create custom payroll reports
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Assist with garnishments
- Reconcile bank accounts and post payments
- Assist with benefits and reconcile related invoices
- Help employees with questions related to payroll and 401K
- 7+ years of recent experience processing multi-state payroll for over 150 employees
- Must have experience using ADP and Microsoft Excel
- Background in accounting that includes reconciliations and journal entries strongly preferred
- Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO and more
