We are seeking a detail-oriented AR/AP Clerk . This position will be responsible for processing invoices, managing payments, reconciling accounts, and ensuring financial transactions are accurately recorded in Microsoft Dynamics NAV. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working with multiple departments to maintain accurate financial records.

• Process vendor invoices, match purchase orders, and obtain necessary approvals
• Prepare and issue payments via check, ACH, and wire transfer
• Generate and send customer invoices and monthly account statements
• Post customer payments and reconcile accounts receivable ledgers
• Track aging reports, follow up on past-due accounts, and resolve billing discrepancies
• Assist with month-end closing, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Maintain vendor and customer files in Microsoft NAV
• Collaborate with purchasing, production, and management teams to ensure accounting accuracy

• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable (manufacturing environment preferred)
• Proficiency with
  Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision)or similar ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Associate degree in Accounting or Business preferred
