Are you an experienced accounting professional looking to join a growing organization where you can make an immediate impact? We are seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to support daily accounting operations for a small business. This is an onsite position.
Key Responsibilities- Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
- Oversee accounts receivable and invoicing
- Support general accounting tasks and month-end activities as needed
- 5+ years of hands-on accounting experience that includes exposure to Sales & Use Tax reporting
- Knowledge of MS Excel required
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
