Position: Manufacturing Accounts Receivable Clerk

Location: Tulsa, OK

Pay: $25/hour

Experience: 1 to 3 years of accounts receivable or general accounting experience in a manufacturing industry.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in accounting or related field preferred.

Type: Full-time;

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Pro Recruiters is seeking a Manufacturing Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a growing and dynamic manufacturing team!

• Receive, review, and verify invoices and payment documentation.
• Enter and upload invoices into the accounting system accurately.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents.
• Reconcile accounts and monitor balances to ensure timely payments.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and billing issues.
• Maintain accurate vendor records and documentation.
• Assist with month-end closing and audit support as needed.

• Familiarity with accounting software such as Quick Books, SAP, or Net Suite.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to move throughout the facility and lift up to 15 pounds as needed.
