We are currently recruiting for a Direct Hire position that offers a dynamic range of responsibilities in the areas of Accounting and Finance. The employer is a successful organization with a competitive benefits package, generous PTO and a very collaborative and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities- Manage all accounting functions including AP, AR, Payroll, Bank Reconciliations, Month End Closing duties and Financial Statements
- Assist in maintaining the integrity of the general ledger by preparing and posting journal entries
- Perform all balance sheet account reconciliations including various payroll deductions
- Review and approve payroll to a payroll outsourcing company
- Analyze financial data to help make informed business decisions
- Identify areas for improvement and cost savings
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and financial records
- Coordinate with external CPA office on various tax filings and reporting
- CPA preferred
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong organizational skills
