The Outsourced Accounting Services team is a trusted partner for organizations facing complex financial demands. WhatYou Will Do
- Import or synchronize general ledger data
- Process accounts payable, including integration
- Post payroll journal entries
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Prepare and review depreciation schedules
- Assist with monthly and year‑end trial balance closings
- Support the preparation and review of monthly management reports and financial statements
- Deliver virtual and on‑site outsourced accounting services
- Participate in software application implementation projects
- Facilitate training and development for associates and colleagues
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field
- 2+ years of relevant experience in public accounting and/or organizational accounting operations, including accounting system workflows, financial statement preparation, and supervision of accounting, payroll, and sales tax functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Quick Books Pro Advisor designation
- Prior experience with Case Ware, Fixed Assets CS, and
- Experience working with Quick Books, Quick Books Online, Intacct, or similar general ledger software package
