Overview
Role: AP Specialist
Location: Tulsa, OK
Pay: $40,000 - $50,000 / year

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle accounts payable process in a fast-paced, small company environment. The ideal candidate will be organized, accurate, and comfortable handling moderate to high invoice volume.
Responsibilities- Process a moderate to high volume of vendor invoices with accuracy and timeliness
- Manually enter invoices into the accounting system
- Match and batch invoices to appropriate accounts
- Prepare and process biweekly check runs
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Manage and reconcile credit card receipts and statements
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding invoice and payment inquiries
- 2+ years of payable accounts experience, preferably in a small company environment.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
