Staff Accountant – Stanfield + O’Dell (Tulsa, OK)
Client Accounting Services Staff Accountant
Essential Functions- Responsible for various client accounts assigned to the personnel.
- Perform bookkeeping, payroll and payroll tax, sales and use tax, financial statement preparation and related accounting and consulting services.
- Maintain neatness and clarity of work, build appropriate relationships with client personnel and firm associates, demonstrate enthusiasm for assignments—especially more advanced or technical projects—and complete work promptly and accurately.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standard accounting processes, including recording transactions into a general ledger, account reconciliations, work‑paper preparation, and journal entry posting.
- Integrity, professionalism in attitude and appearance, and trustworthiness.
- Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High degree of discretion with confidential information.
- Availability to work overtime during January through March.
