Position Type: Full Time
Compensation: Pay Range: $122,000-$196,400 Per Year
Description:
Join a dynamic team in a hybrid setting in Tulsa, OK, where your accounting expertise will make a significant impact. This full-time role involves supporting financial statement integrity and addressing complex accounting matters using advanced technologies. Ideal candidates will bring strong analytical skills and experience in the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and enhance complex schedules, reports, and analyses for stakeholders.
- Research and document accounting conclusions for audit requirements.
- Lead accounting initiatives, define approaches, and coordinate resources.
- Analyze and process large volumes of financial data accurately.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and standardization.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum eight years of progressive accounting experience in the energy industry.
- CPA preferred.
- Experience with technical accounting, data analytics, or accounting automation preferred.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
