System One has partnered with a growing manufacturing company to identify an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their accounting team. This role is responsible for supporting the full-cycle accounts payable process in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong vendor relationships.

• Process high-volume invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices for payment approval
• Review and reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain vendor records, including W-9s and payment information
• Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH, and wire payments
• Assist with month-end close activities and AP reconciliations
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding invoice and payment inquiries
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and accounting procedures
• Support audits and provide documentation as requested

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Experience with high-volume invoice processing
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Understanding of purchase orders and inventory-related invoicing
• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
