What You'll Do
* Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable
* Set up and maintain project records in the accounting system
* Ensure contract terms are accurate and communicate contract changes with internal teams
* Prepare client invoices and resolve billing discrepancies
* Track and follow up on overdue accounts
* Post payments and assist with cash application issues
What You'll Bring
* 3+ years of experience in billing (percentage completion/milestone/progress) or project accounting
* Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred, but not required
* Strong Excel skills are a must
* Background in Architecture industry required
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
