Controller, Accounting, Accounting Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Controller to supervise a small team and oversee all accounting operations, including GL reconciliations and daily cash monitoring and analysis. This role requires at least 5 years of supervisory experience and would be a great fit for an applicant with experience with a manufacturing company. This direct hire role is in Tulsa, OK and the anticipated salary of this role is between $125,000 - $150,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

* Lead and supervise small accounting team

* Responsible for daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit, costing, and payroll

* Post journal entries and perform GL reconciliations

* Manage month-end close procedures

* Conduct effective daily cash monitoring and analysis

* Prepare financial reporting and statements

* Identify and implement process improvements

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting required

* Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience

* ERP systems experience required

* Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

* Exceptional communication skills

* Proficiency with Excel

* Familiarity with Percentage of Completion (POC) accounting

* Experience with a manufacturing company preferred
