LHH is seeking an Accounting Manager for our client in Tulsa, OK. In this role, you will lead the accounting team through daily duties. Salary range for this role is $95,000 - $125,000.
Responsibilities- Monitor accounting data through regular analysis
- Produce financial reconciliations & statements
- Maintain watch of revenue and expenses for accurate company financial status
- Ensure team meets financial accounting objectives
- Assist other departments with the interpretation of accounting data and offer recommendations on operational issues
- Retain files & records with proper record retention
- Guide team through the completion of annual audit
- Lead team through daily operations and perform training to continually improve the department
- Continuously streamline processes for improved processes and procedures
- Assist the team with other essential duties as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting, required
- Master’s degree with CPA preferred
- At least 5 years of experience within accounting
- At least 2 years of experience within a supervisory role
- Experience with Net Suite and/or Oracle
- Proficient in MS Office
