• Review and verify vendor invoices
• Match invoices to purchase orders
• Prepare and process payments
• Analyze workflow processes
• Process EDI transactions
• Communicate errors to appropriate personnel
• Fill in for roles during absences
• Oversee work of team members

• Understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with accounting software
• Ability to analyze payable data
• Strong problem‑solving skills

• Associate or bachelor degree in accounting
• Commitment to continuing education
• Experience with ERP systems
