Pro Recruiters is seeking an Accounting Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!

• Lead and oversee daily general accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Plan, organize, and manage financial accounting activities, including account classifications and financial reporting.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff by setting priorities, assigning work, and monitoring performance.
• Prepare, review, and approve financial reports, budgets, revenue reports, tax filings, investment reports, and related accounting documentation.
• Analyze accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
• Monitor financial reporting systems and recommend process improvements or system enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Research accounting issues and provide recommendations regarding financial reporting, accounting treatment, and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as a resource for leadership, auditors, regulatory agencies, and internal stakeholders on accounting policies, financial reporting, and accounting procedures.
• Review and interpret accounting guidance, financial regulations, contracts, company policies, and financial statements.
• Prepare reports, analyses, presentations, and supporting documentation for leadership and external stakeholders.
• Apply strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to support financial operations and business objectives.
• Communicate complex financial information effectively through written reports, presentations, and meetings.
• Foster collaboration across departments while demonstrating strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and experience using accounting and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Experience managing general accounting operations, financial reporting processes, and account classifications.
• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards.
• Previous experience researching accounting guidance and interpreting financial regulations, standards, and reporting requirements.
• Experience evaluating accounting policies, internal controls, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
