System One is seeking an experienced Project Accountant to support multiple projects and ensure accurate billing, reconciliations, and financial reporting for a client in the Tulsa area. This role works closely with project leadership and may assist with training and mentoring accounting staff.
Key Responsibilities- Process and review vendor/subcontractor invoices
- Prepare and reconcile client billings
- Review pay applications, contracts, and documentation
- Perform job cost reconciliations and resolve variances
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reviews
- Maintain documentation in a paperless system
- Assist with payroll and general accounting support
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of project-based or industry-related accounting experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with ERP or project accounting systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
