Position: Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day accounting operations while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the organization's financial records. This role leads the month‑end close process, supports financial reporting, maintains compliance with accounting standards, and helps develop efficient accounting processes. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on accountant with strong analytical skills and a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement.

• Manage the month‑end and year‑end close process, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports, analyze variances, and support management with financial information.
• Maintain fixed assets, assist with tax filings, and ensure compliance with accounting policies and GAAP.
• Support internal and external audits and help improve accounting processes and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams while managing multiple priorities.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience; CPA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and month‑end close.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Salary for the Senior Accountant is up to $90k/year based on experience.
