Accountant II

Compensation: $  annually, depending on experience

This is a strong opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys hands‑on general ledger work, month‑end close, and supporting multiple entities. • Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger activity
• Support daily and monthly transaction balancing
• Maintain trial balances across multiple entities
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end close processes
• Handle cash activity, receipts, and payment discrepancies
• Support accounts receivable, collections, and customer credit approvals
• Process accounts payable checks, wires, and ACH payments
• Maintain records, filing, and secure document storage
• Assist with sales tax, inventory accounting, and variance analysis
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on accounting matters

• 3-5 years of accounting experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or comparable experience
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas
• High attention to detail and strong organization
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong time management and deadline management skills
• Professional communication and customer service approach

• CPA or CPA-eligible status
• Experience with payroll
• Inventory accounting knowledge
• Cost accounting exposure
• Experience supporting multiple entities
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Comfort using Microsoft Teams and Copilot
