Accountant, Accounts Receivable​/ Collections, Financial Reporting

We are seeking a Staff Accountant who enjoys variety in their work and wants to play an active role in supporting financial processes, accounts receivable, purchasing activities, inventory accounting, and month-end close functions. This is an onsite role in Tulsa, OK. Business casual office setting.

• Coordinate customer account setup within ERP and accounting systems
• Process and maintain invoices through customer portals and internal systems
• Review aging reports, follow up on outstanding balances, and support collection efforts
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, refunds, and customer account concerns
• Prepare and distribute customer account statements
• Record and reconcile daily cash receipts, including ACH and check payments
• Assist with recurring cash and receivables reporting for corporate finance teams
• Create and maintain purchase orders for repairs, services, equipment, and operational supplies
• Partner with internal departments to ensure purchases are properly documented and approved
• Track service orders and receiving documentation to support inventory accuracy and vendor payments
• Help maintain efficient procurement and operational accounting processes
• Prepare monthly inventory-related journal entries
• Review inventory transactions and manufacturing costs for accuracy
• Assist with inventory counts, reconciliations, and system adjustments
• Support month-end close activities, account reconciliations, and audit requests

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
• 1+ years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or operational environments
• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy
