Senior Tax Manager

As Senior Tax Manager, you'll lead complex engagements, advise clients on decisions that matter, and help develop the next generation of tax professionals. You'll have the chance to build lasting client relationships and play a meaningful part in growing the practice.

• Lead tax compliance, planning, and advisory engagements from start to finish.
• Review and sign federal, state, and local returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, and other entities.
• Find tax-saving opportunities and turn complex issues into clear, practical advice.
• Build trusted client relationships and contribute to business development and practice growth.
• Coach Tax Associates and Senior Tax Associates while overseeing engagement quality, budgets, workflow, and deadlines.
• Use tax technology and research tools to make your team's work more efficient and your client service stronger.

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field and an active CPA license or EA certification.
• 8 to 12 years of progressive public accounting tax experience, including complex individual and business returns.
• Strong federal and state tax knowledge, technical research skills, and a track record of thoughtful tax planning.
• Experience leading engagements, developing staff, and communicating clearly with clients.
• The ability to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

• $150,000 to $170,000 annual salary plus bonus.
