Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer orders accurately and promptly.
- Verify stock availability in the system before confirming orders.
- Prepare order requests and documentation for bonded warehouse dispatch.
- Maintain and update inventory records using Quick Books.
- Track incoming and outgoing stock and report discrepancies.
- Maintain daily records of sales transactions.
- Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
- Organize and maintain records of orders, invoices, and dispatch documents.
- Assist with sales and inventory reports as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
- CXC Diploma/Equivalent secondary Education .
- Strong computer and data entry skills.
- Working knowledge of Quick Books (inventory and invoicing).
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Honest and trustworthy.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Strong work ethic.
- Prior experience in order processing, inventory management, or accounting/administrative support is an asset.
