Job Summary
Administrative Support Specialist provides essential operational and clerical support to ensure efficient daily office operations. Job Title: Administrative Support
Pay: $20/hour

Key Responsibilities- Serve as front desk and reception point of contact, maintaining a professional presence and courteous telephone etiquette
- Answer and route incoming calls, greet visitors, and respond to general inquiries
- Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail on a daily basis
- Prepare, proofread, and send correspondence to tenants, vendors, owners, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical)
- Order, track, and stock office supplies as needed
- Provide administrative and clerical support to management and team members
- Assist with scheduling, data entry, and document preparation
- Support special projects and team initiatives as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication, organizational, and time‑management skills
- Excellent typing, grammar, writing, and proofreading abilities
- Professional demeanor with a polished phone and in‑person presence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office technology
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and discretion
- Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
- 2+ years of previous administrative, receptionist, or office support experience
- Experience supporting property management, corporate, or professional office environments
- Familiarity with correspondence related to insurance, vendors, or tenants
