Job Description
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer.
  • Coordinate and manage all executive and company travel arrangements.
  • Maintain executive leadership calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Prepare, record, and distribute minutes from executive leadership meetings.
  • Coordinate customer on-site visits and company events.
  • Support company involvement in community and professional activities.
  • Assist with front desk coverage and executive-related administrative needs.
Position Requirements
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and database systems.
  • Proven experience handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to represent the company professionally at events and meetings.
  • Availability for after-hours support in emergency situations when needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
