Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, proactive Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to support our front office and administrative operations. This is a critical, high-visibility role and an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and wants to grow their career. This position serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while providing general administrative support across the organization.

Responsibilities

+ Serve as the front desk receptionist, greeting visitors and answering incoming phone calls.

+ Manage general office tasks including mailing and shipping, office registrations and tracking, and maintaining coffee and breakroom supplies.

+ Act as a 'catch-all' support resource, helping where needed across teams.

+ Run basic reports and assist with data entry.

+ Scan, file, and organize documents, both physical and electronic.

+ Provide administrative support related to accounting, HR, or project teams as needed.

Essential Skills

+ Customer service

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Experience with front desk operations

+ Strong organizational and time-management skills

+ Professional and friendly communication skills (phone, email, in-person)

+ Comfortable with basic office technology such as scanning and reporting

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
