Part-Time - Schedule Flexible
Position Summary :The Talent Acquisition Clerk plays a key support role on the Talent Acquisition team, helping ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process from interview scheduling through onboarding. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, responsive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Education, Qualifications, andExperience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous administrative, customer service, or HR support experience preferred
- Experience with scheduling, coordination, or high- volume communication is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency with basic computer systems (e.g., email, calendars, applicant tracking systems)
- Ability to problem-solve and adapt quickly when schedules or priorities change
- In addition, must possess skill in working cooperatively and effectively with c andidates, staff, management, and other professional groups; in exercising mature judgment in dealing with people; in presenting ideas clearly and accurately; in reading and comprehending the English language; and in communicating effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Answer and manage inquiries through the hiring team line, directing requests as appropriate
- Follow up with candidates via phone, email, and other communication methods to ensure timely and professional communication
- Assist with interview scheduling between candidates , Talent Acquisition Specialists, and hiring managers
- Coordinate and manage interview reschedules and cancellations
- Assist with candidate onboarding processes, ensuring completion of required steps and documentation
- Support completion and tracking of I-9 documentation in compliance with company policies and regulations
- Provide administrative and logistical support for career fairs and recruiting events, as needed
- Performs other reasonably related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or other management as requested.
- Meet or exceed “satisfactory” expectations at any scheduled job performance evaluation.
- Regular and predictable attendance is essential and expected for this position.
