POSITION SPECIFIC
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
* Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
* Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars as needed.
* Open and close building daily
* Maintain an organized and clean reception area.
* Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
* Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
* Ensure security by following access control procedures.
* Provide information about company services and policies to guests and clients.
* Collaborate with different departments to support daily operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:
* Must be a high school graduate or have HS equivalent
EXPERIENCE:
* 1 year experience in medical office or healthcare with direct patient care/interaction.

SAFETY SENSITIVE JOB CLASSIFICATION:
This job is classified as a "safety-sensitive" position as defined by the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act.
