Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team.
  • Manage and organize client files and records with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Assist with the preparation of sales proposals and presentations.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate team member.
  • Process new business applications and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Support the sales team in daily administrative tasks and special projects.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or sales support role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • A positive and proactive attitude.
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with agency management software is desirable.
