Position: Personal Assistant Opening

A private couple in Tulsa, Oklahoma, seeks a professional, approachable, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and adaptability to handle a variety of personal tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and committed to ensuring seamless daily operations with precision and utmost confidentiality.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with household staff, vendors, and service providers to ensure efficient operations.

  • Manage household and office inventories, procuring necessary supplies and maintaining stock levels.

  • Oversee a dynamic schedule, arranging appointments, meetings, and engagements with precision.

  • Plan complex domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and detailed itineraries.

  • Oversee personalized gifting and high-end procurement, ensuring quality and timeliness.

  • Perform local driving for errands, shopping, or household needs, with a valid driver’s license.

  • Manage vendor relationships, approve invoices, and ensure thorough vetting for maintenance services.

  • Handle confidential correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism.

Schedule
  • Work Schedule
    :
    Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM, with occasional weekend availability required for special events or urgent tasks.

  • Travel
    :
    Occasional travel may be required.

  • Location
    :
    We are currently prioritizing local candidates. Candidates must be based in or near Midtown Tulsa.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in a similar role.

  • Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and adaptability to new technologies, such as scheduling or project management software.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
