AR - Billing
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Invoicing / Billing Clerk to support daily billing operations in a fast‑paced environment. This role focuses on accurate invoice preparation, reconciliations, and coordination with internal teams. This is an onsite job in Tulsa, OK.
Responsibilities- Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and timely
- Review job tickets, delivery records, and pricing for billing accuracy
- Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and adjustments
- Respond to invoice‑related inquiries from internal teams and customers
- Maintain organized billing records and documentation
- 2+ years of invoicing or billing experience preferred
- Experience with reconciliations and high‑volume billing a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Must have good Excel skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities in a fast‑paced office
Pay Details: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour
