Title and Registration Administrator

The Title and Registration Administrator will be responsible for the preparation, recording, maintenance, and validation of the title and registration process. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the department provides outstanding support for our fleet locations. You will bring exceptional organization and communication skills combined with amazing attention to detail. Sounds exciting?

• You act as primary contact for title & registration administrative needs for your assigned territory
• You efficiently process vehicle initial registrations and renewals
• You develop and maintain relationships with internal teams, state motor vehicle departments and title services
• You monitor vehicle registration and renewal statuses with state motor vehicle departments and title services
• You troubleshoot title and registration issues promptly to ensure seamless processes and data accuracy
• You validate information and invoices and perform other duties to meet business needs

• Education You have a high school diploma or GED
• Skills You communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Analytical Skills You gather and analyze information from multiple sources and take appropriate actions
• Detail Orientation You pay close attention to detail and ensure accuracy in all tasks
• Organization You demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
• Tools You are proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel
