Position OverviewWe’re looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized Event Marketing Assistant to support our Field Event Marketer in planning and executing internal company events, including all-hands meetings, leadership offsites, and team gatherings. This role plays a key part in ensuring events run smoothly from planning through execution, handling logistics, coordination, and follow-through so teams can focus on connection and outcomes. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys operations, thrives on details, and wants hands-on experience supporting a fast-growing, remote-first organization.
Responsibilities- Assist with logistics planning for internal company events
- Research and coordinate venue bookings for meetings and offsites
- Support day-of event logistics and setup
- Maintain event calendars and timelines
- Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Track event budgets and expenses
- Handle administrative tasks related to event planning
- Currently enrolled in college or recent graduate (or equivalent experience)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficient in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Prior event planning or administrative experience a plus but not required
- Hands-on experience working at a high-growth technology company
- A remote yet structured environment
- Competitive hourly compensation–$25-30/hour
