This person will perform weekly payroll and verify time reports to ensure accuracy. Must have strong experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook. Viewpoint knowledge is a plus. Must have good communication skills and time management skills. Other duties as assigned.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities- Administer and prepare weekly payroll and verify time reports to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare controls and merge with other data required for preparation of payroll.
- Prepare control documents for use in reconciling payroll, payables, and receivables transactions.
- Prepare pay estimates, cost reports, etc.
- Assist with new employee sign‑ups, basic personnel administration activities, and general administration.
- Assist with preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual closing statements, reports, and invoices.
- Assist with monitoring subcontractor costs and issuance of back charges.
- Distribute payroll.
- Train new payroll employees.
- Track experience.
- Other duties as assigned.

- 4+ years direct experience in a Timekeeping role with payroll in an industrial environment.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
- Viewpoint knowledge a plus.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
