Job Duties and Responsibilities

This position is responsible and held accountable for the following duties:

  • Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinate high volume student scheduling, including interviews, shadowing, and program activities across multiple teams; confirm and adjust schedules as needed with students, supervisors, and staff
  • Application and Communication Support: Pull and review applications from UKG; follow up on missing or incomplete information; respond to ongoing program inquiries and ensure timely communication with applicants and staff
  • Help Desk and Document Management: Handle and respond to a high volume of help desk tickets, including liability insurance requests and shadowing coordination; review, organize, and maintain student documentation
  • Onboarding Support: Coordinate onboarding logistics, including screenings, badges, and New Hire Orientation; track onboarding steps and follow up to ensure completion across multiple students at different stages
  • Program Events and Surveys: Coordinate and track program surveys; plan and send invitations for program events; track registration and attendance and support event logistics
  • Data and Program Support: Maintain program tracking systems and ensure data is accurate and up to date; support scheduling and facility coordination; ensuring compliance requirements are met; provide ongoing administrative and operational support to the Internship and Practicum program; contribute to program outcomes
  • CCBHC Concept Support: Understands and promotes our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) concept by providing or supporting community-based mental and substance use disorder services; advancing integration of behavioral health with physical health care; assimilating and utilizing evidence-based practices on a more consistent basis; and promoting improved access to high quality care
  • Performs other reasonably related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or other management as requested
  • Meet or exceed “satisfactory” expectations at any scheduled job performance evaluation
  • Regular and predictable attendance is essential and expected for this position
