Key Responsibilities:
* Review and analyze Excel files, reports, and supporting documentation
* Generate invoices using data from spreadsheets, reports, and system downloads
* Validate data by comparing source documents and identifying discrepancies
* Upload and maintain data within internal systems
* Identify errors, missing information, and formatting issues; communicate for resolution
* Organize and maintain electronic files and documentation
* Track project status and maintain accurate records of completed work
* Support reporting needs for management and audit requests
Qualifications:
* Strong Excel skills required
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong organizational and documentation skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
* Experience in billing / accounts receivable preferred
Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
