This person will perform weekly payroll and verify time reports to ensure accuracy. Must have strong experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook. Viewpoint knowledge a plus. Must have good communication skills and time management skills. Other duties as assigned.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities- Administer and prepare weekly payroll and verify time reports to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare controls and merge with other data required for preparation of payroll.
- Prepare control documents for use in reconciling one or more of the following: payroll, payables, and receivables transactions.
- Prepare the preparation of pay estimates, cost reports, etc.
- Assist with new employee signups, basic personnel administration activities, and general administration.
- Assist with preparation ofdaily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual closing statements, reports, and invoices.
- Assist with monitoring subcontractor costs and issuance of back charges.
- Distribute payroll.
- Train new payroll employees.
- TRACK experience.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience – 4+ years direct experience in a Timekeeping role with payroll in an industrial environment.
Certifications/ LicensesValid Driver’s License
