Join Our Team
Comfort Keepers is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Scheduler / Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced office environment.
As the first point of contact for many of our clients and caregivers, you'll play a key role in ensuring quality care is delivered by maintaining schedules, supporting office operations, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Create, maintain, and adjust caregiver and client schedules
- Respond to schedule changes, call-offs, and staffing needs
- Communicate professionally with clients, caregivers, and office staff
- Answer incoming calls and assist with inquiries
- Maintain accurate client and employee records
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and administrative tasks
- Enter and update information in scheduling and office software
- Help resolve scheduling conflicts and coverage issues
- Support day-to-day office operations
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
- Previous administrative, scheduling, customer service, or office experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and basic computer applications
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Experience in home care, healthcare, staffing, or service industries is a plus
