Position Introduction:
Join the OU Tulsa Administration and Finance team in a highly visible, fast-paced support role that keeps operations running smoothly and events executed flawlessly. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, service-driven professional who thrives on coordination, communication, and follow-through. From supporting high-impact events and managing the Tulsa events calendar to ensuring financial processes move forward without delay, you will play a central role in connecting people, processes, and priorities across the organization.
In this role, you will serve as a trusted administrative partner to faculty, staff, and leadership, supporting everything from vendor coordination and event-day logistics to Concur documentation tracking and transactions monitoring. You will help maintain seamless day-to-day operations by overseeing supply management, coordinating purchasing and deposits, and ensuring offices are consistently stocked and organized. Whether preparing materials, responding to inquiries, or stepping in where needed, your work will directly support the efficiency, professionalism, and success of OU Tulsa's Administration and Finance operations.

Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 12 months office, clerical, or administrative experience.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Bachelor's degree and 24 months of increasing administrative support responsibility.
