The Spring is seeking a motivated and organized Training Coordinator who serves as the central hub for all organizational training activities, ensuring staff have access to high quality, timely, and relevant learning opportunities. This role oversees both internal and external trainings.
The Spring is a faith-based service provider, shelter, and advocacy organization for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and human trafficking.
Key Responsibilities Training Coordination & Logistics- Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external training requests, questions, and needs.
- Draft external training agreements according to current pricing standards.
- Coordinate, schedule, and organize all trainings, including room reservations, catering, virtual meeting setup, trainer communication, and participant notifications.
- Prepare and distribute training materials, attendance sheets, sign‑in forms, evaluations, and certificates as needed.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date training calendar and training lists and ensure staff are aware of opportunities and requirements.
- Assist in developing, updating, formatting, and organizing internal training materials, presentations, handouts, and resource documents.
- Support the creation and refinement of internal trainings related to policies, procedures, trauma‑informed care, client services, safety, compliance, and professional standards.
- Ensure training materials, offerings and pricing sheet are up to date.
- Help standardize training processes, templates, and documentation across the organization.
- Facilitate basic trainings such as Lunch n’ Learns, The Spring 101, etc.
- Collaborate with leadership, supervisors, and departments to identify training gaps, emerging needs, and gather feedback from employees and management to refine and enhance training programs.
- Provide recommendations for training improvements, new topics, and enhanced delivery methods.
- Track and monitor staff training completion and compliance status for maintaining The Spring's certification through the Oklahoma Attorney General's office.
- Collaborate with the Compliance Coordinator to ensure all training is in line with OAG standards.
- Maintain accurate training records in the organization's learning management system or tracking tools.
- Provide follow‑up communication, resources, and evaluation summaries after trainings.
- Generate reports on training participation, compliance, and trends for leadership review.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Qualifications- Minimum of 2 years' experience in training coordination, administrative support, or related field.
- Must be able to sign The Spring's Statement of Faith.
- A valid driver's license.
- Outgoing, people‑oriented person with outstanding interpersonal skills, even under stress.
- Proven organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Creative problem solver with a strong strategic mindset and strong collaboration skills.
- Ability to excel in a results‑oriented, challenging environment.
- Able to effectively handle multiple demands and perform tasks to completion.
- Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office 365 products.
