SSC Advisors, Inc. are dynamic, employee‑owned public accounting firms seeking an Office Supervisor to join our Tulsa office. This role oversees daily administrative operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and alignment with firm standards. The Office Supervisor leads administrative staff, supports executive leadership, coordinates tax‑related processes, and partners across departments to maintain a high‑performing, professional environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Leadership & Operations
- Lead and supervise administrative staff, including performance management and coaching
- Oversee daily office operations and maintain efficient workflows
- Implement and enforce office policies and procedures
Administrative & Facility Management
- Manage office supply inventory and vendor coordination
- Partner with IT to maintain equipment and systems
- Coordinate facility maintenance and ensure safety compliance
Scheduling & Coverage Management
- Oversee scheduling for holidays, CPE sessions, and internal meetings
- Ensure consistent front desk and office coverage across all seasons
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Partner with the Manager of Administrative Services on audit‑related tasks
- Maintain communication with Lines of Service to support deadlines
- Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and office events
Tax & Deliverables Coordination
- Coordinate engagement letters, tax organizers, and deliverables
- Support workflow tracking to ensure timely completion of tax returns
- Communicate with clients regarding document collection and delivery
- Assist with reporting and administrative support for the tax team
People & HR Support
- Manage employee schedules, PTO, and coverage planning
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training administrative staff
- Support performance evaluation processes
Process Improvement
- Identify and implement workflow improvements
- Support operational consistency and best practices
- Assist with cross‑functional projects
- 3+ years of office management or supervisory experience
- Proven experience leading and developing administrative staff
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems
- Experience in public accounting or professional services preferred
- Service‑oriented and highly professional
- Strong leadership and accountability
- Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through
- Able to manage competing priorities in a deadline‑driven environment

Work ScheduleFull‑time, salaried (40 hours/week during non‑busy season). Additional hours and/or Saturdays may be required during busy season.
