- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and providing accurate information
- Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Handle clerical duties such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and maintaining accurate records
- Support administrative functions using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Quick Books, and other computer tools
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks and basic bookkeeping using Quick Books or similar software
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Support personal assistant duties such as calendar management and appointment scheduling
- Uphold phone etiquette standards while managing incoming calls with efficiency and clarity
- Proven experience in front desk or office management roles with clerical or administrative responsibilities
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
- Prior experience handling multi-line phone systems and managing office operations is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to proofread documents accurately and maintain attention to detail
- Personal assistant or calendar management experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently while supporting team objectives with quick thinking and adaptabilit
