Position: Campus Coordinator, Alpha - $75,000/year USD

LOCATION

NOTE:

This is an in‑person role located at one of our campuses.

Many schools isolate operations behind closed doors, committee reviews, and approval chains. Alpha takes a different approach. The Campus Coordinator remains visible throughout the day: welcoming families, resolving technology problems, managing arrival procedures, reassuring anxious parents, liaising with vendors, and ensuring the facility reflects Alpha’s standards for safety, precision, and identity.

This position suits someone capable of warmth without weakness, structure without rigidity, and authority without detachment from the work itself. You will manage nearly all non‑instructional campus operations: family communication, attendance systems, campus security, facility coordination, meal programs, technology devices, events, and the minor issues that accelerate quickly without decisive action.

You will not be surrounded by a large on‑site operations staff. You will receive procedural documentation, remote technical assistance, and established protocols, but independent learning, resourcefulness, and sound real‑time decision‑making are essential. Over time, you will become the reliable adult whom families trust, Guides depend on, and students approach when problems require resolution.

If you seek a front‑facing school operations position where professionalism, judgment, communication, and accountability are exercised daily, apply now.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Serve as the primary, accessible contact for parents, students, staff, and visitors, delivering composed, clear, and prompt communication.
  • Oversee daily campus operations, including morning arrival, afternoon dismissal, attendance tracking, transportation coordination, lunch management, campus presentation, event execution, and facility maintenance follow‑through.
  • Address campus safety and student wellness matters, including entry monitoring, emergency drills, health situations, incident documentation, and family notifications.
  • Administer student devices and foundational campus technology, including configuration, account assistance, issue diagnosis, data backups, repair coordination, and escalation to remote technical support.
  • Cultivate trust with Guides, external vendors, and families by prioritizing responsiveness while upholding organizational standards.
What You Won’t Be Doing
  • Operating from a secluded office while others manage the parent and student‑facing experience.
  • Delivering classroom instruction, mentoring Guides, or developing academic content.
  • Deferring every decision to a supervisor before taking action.
  • Routing operational questions through unnecessary meetings when immediate campus responses are required.
  • Delegating responsibility for facilities, devices, vendors, or meal services to others.
