Bailiff Administrative Specialist

Location: City of Tulsa Municipal Courts

Pay: $19.31/hr

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Bailiff Administrative Specialist to join our team at the City of Tulsa. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and security of courtroom proceedings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and distribute daily court dockets
  • Engage face‑to‑face with defendants to provide assistance
  • Calculate and document total amounts due for payment plans
  • Gather and prepare documents for court proceedings
  • Maintain accurate records, including warrant information and basic minutes
Qualifications
  • Unarmed CLEET certification is a plus
  • Strong computer skills, including typing and proficiency in office software
  • Excellent customer service and administrative skills
  • Detail‑oriented with strong organizational abilities
