We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle communications, organize travel arrangements, and assist with day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings.
Screen phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
Organize files, documents, and records.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
Coordinate events and appointments.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Run personal and business errands as required.
Assist with expense tracking and basic bookkeeping.
Liaise with clients, vendors, and service providers.

Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Preferred Skills
Strong attention to detail.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

Experience with scheduling and project management tools.
Working Conditions
Full-time or part-time, depending on organizational needs.
