Administrative Assistant - 7-Month Contract

Downtown Tulsa | $18/hr. | Full-Time |

100% Onsite - parking is provided

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Contract Length: 7 months

System One is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support our client located in the Downtown Tulsa area. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate customer data, processing enrollment information, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

+ Generate and distribute customer correspondence.

+ Create and maintain customer eligibility records in the database.

+ Review and process enrollment information in compliance with regulations.

+ Meet established quality and productivity benchmarks.

+ Communicate with internal teams and external customers regarding enrollment information.

+ Maintain accurate customer files and documentation.

+ Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

+ Strong oral and written communication skills.

+ Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

+ Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

+ Ability to work effectively with staff at all organizational levels.

+ Successful completion of a Health Care Sanctions background check required.

Education & Experience

+ High school diploma or equivalent required.

+ Minimum of 2 years' administrative experience preferred, ideally within a healthcare institution, insurance company, or medical group.
