First American is looking to add a Title Assistant to our growing team.
In this role, you will work in a dynamic, fast‑paced setting supporting our Title team in a wide range of administrative duties. This position plays a key role in coordinating the resolution and completion of the title process.
- Delivers and picks up documents, mail, messages, packages
- Maintains a log of items picked up and delivered
- Gathers information to resolve title issues
- Maintains and creates logs, reports, records, and files
- Verifies and updates information
- Communicates professionally with all customers
- Passionforhelping customers whilemaintaininga professional and positive attitude
- Ability to keep track of multiple documents and itemize
- Excellent verbal and written communication with both our internal team and external customers
- Problem solverwithstrong organizational skills, is detail oriented, with an eagerness to learn
- Thrives in contributing to a teamworkingtogether to deliver beyond customer expectations
- A government issued driver's license is required
- High school diploma or equivalent
